Charter of Our Commitment
To ensure transparency and balanced relationships, as well as the safety and protection of beneficiaries, we have established the following key preventive measures:
1. Protection of Children and Beneficiary Families
🌍 We do not share personal data (addresses, phone numbers, or overly detailed information) publicly or privately, in order to preserve confidentiality.
🌍 We establish guidelines regarding relationships (communication, gift-giving, possible visits) to prevent any risk of exploitation.
🌍 We recommend avoiding any language or scenarios that infantilize or stigmatize beneficiaries, in order to respect their dignity.
2. Transparency and Fund Management
🌍 We ensure that sponsorship funds are used for the purposes stated, guaranteeing traceability of donations.
🌍 We provide sponsors with clear and verifiable reports on fund usage through quarterly updates.
🌍 We avoid direct transfers to ensure secure handling of funds.
3. Prevention of Relationship Imbalances
🌍 We complement sponsorship with collective initiatives (such as training and micro-projects) to help sponsored families gain autonomy and reduce financial dependency.
🌍 We guide interactions to ensure they remain positive and balanced, avoiding unrealistic expectations.
🌍 We encourage sponsors to visit our various sites and experience local realities as much as possible to prevent cultural misunderstandings. On-site visits are promoted within the framework of the VIM (Volunteering in Madagascar) project.
